Do I need a Paypal account to place an order? No you don't. When checking out you can select the option to "Check out without an account" On the login screen for Paypal.
How secure is your store? My store is very secure, all your data is protected by Storenvy and PayPal (our payments partner). PayPal uses 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption - this is the same used by your bank.
When will my item be delivered? Delivery time depends on the size of your order and where you are based. If you ordered an item that I have in stock, it will take about 3-5 business days for your item to ship out. If you ordered a pre-order item, check the item’s page for pre-order window and estimated date of shipment. If your order will take longer than planned, I will defintely make sure that you are informed of such.
Do you ship internationally? My fulfillment company is capable of shipping all clothing products internationally. Books and other products may only be confined to the United States. I have a paypal account. Can you ship to a different address than the one listed? No. Due to PayPal’s rules, I can only ship to the address provided on your account when placing an order. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Will I get a tracking number for my order once it has shipped? Yes, sir/ma’am!
Do you offer wholesale on your products? Yes I do. If you're website or store would like to stock Classic Villain gear, e-mail me your website or store details, I can send over rates and tailor packages for you.
Do you have a size guide? Not at the moment but I am currently working on that.
How do I cancel my order? Email me within 12 hours of placing your order and I will cancel it. Make sure you include your order number and the names of items in the order when you contact me.
What’s your return policy? I want you to be 100% happy with your order. If for some reason you aren't, I am happy to refund these items within 28 days of receipt. Simply e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds on original order amounts can take up to two working weeks to process through PayPal.
